Origin Story of
Chariot Bike
In 1947 my grandmother Norma Jean Belloff pedaled solo across the United States, just for the adventure. In 1948 she set the first women's cross country cycling record. She called her bike "Chariot". In 2020 I started Chariot Bike Repair after 12 years of being a mechanic. I want to help cyclists with their bicycle journeys, and share the enthusiasm of adventure with our community.
